注意事項:
ACE的離心泵是直的離心機,必須在操作之前要做好準備。準備就是指泵必須完全充滿水將內部空氣排出。
然后確保泵的正確安裝以及正常啟動和避免過早密封失效。
1.泵的安裝應低于水箱以允許水重力填充泵。
2.蝸殼應被定向與排出口朝上 有利于空氣排出。
3.可以將一個小龍頭閥安裝在最頂端管塞孔 每次水箱注水時候可以排空。
4.另一種選擇是,從最上面的管塞孔到噴霧器罐安裝一個1/8“空氣泄放線路。這將空氣連續從泵殼排出。
5.如果泵必須位于液面之上,止回閥的安裝應保持泵的參數要求。
